Christmas, Christmas !

Departure on December 25, spending the night in the air to reach Bujumbura via Addis Ababa.

Upon arrival, a precious encounter : Prophète, a little boy with a fragile heart. It was necessary to overcome his shyness, calm his anxiety and reassure him about the journey he had to face without his mother.

Then, a dramatic twist: the direct flight to Brussels scheduled for December 28 was cancelled. Never mind! A new flight plan was quickly set up for the next day so that he could arrive in time for his consultation at the hospital on December 30.

A journey worthy of an air marathon: Bujumbura – Nairobi, a long stopover, then Nairobi – Brussels.

Arrival at 6:45 a.m., just in time for the hospital.

A huge congratulations to Ludwig Jegers, who masterfully piloted this mission and, above all, put Prophète in total confidence for this long journey to recovery. 💫
