 "The donors who finance humanitarian air transport set the bar for AIR SAFETY requirements always higher, which leads to ever higher costs," recalls Loïc, who continues: "the ASF sections have had the intelligence to pool their resources by creating the ASF “Orly” cluster for air operations and this approach makes it possible to optimize the use of ASF resources while guaranteeing the achievement of our objectives. "
